30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (unopened)
If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery and the box is unopened and in original packaging, we’ll refund the product price (shipping non-refundable).

7-Day Sleep Trial (opened)
Not convinced after trying? Within 7 days of delivery we’ll accept one opened box per order if:

• ≤ 5 strips have been used

• The remaining strips are clean and returned inside the original packaging
  Refund covers the product price (shipping non-refundable). You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

Multipacks (2/3/6-Month)
The Sleep Trial applies to one box only. Any additional boxes in a multipack must be sealed to be eligible for return within 30 days.

Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and returns sent without prior approval.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover return shipping if required.

Exchanges
Return per this policy and place a new order for what you want.

How to start a return

1. Email hero@herotwo.com with your Order # and reason

2. We’ll reply with approval and the return address (and label if applicable)

3. Ship the item(s) back and keep your tracking

4. We’ll process the refund 3–5 business days after receipt/inspection (your bank may take additional time)
