5. Pricing & Availability

Prices should be shown in EUR for Irish customers unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice before you place an order. We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

6. Orders & Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We process payments through Shopify’s approved providers. An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order, unless we clearly state otherwise.

If you buy from us online, you are entering into a distance contract. Before you place your order, we will provide the information required by Irish and EU consumer law, including product details, total price, delivery charges, payment information, and cancellation rights where applicable. Stop use if discomfort, irritation, or breathing difficulty occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Irish or EU law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hero2 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, unless the law says otherwise.
